I feel I was successful immediately when I started my company. We started showing profits the first year, however, we worked very hard, and in the process, we learned more than we learned in the university.”
Elsa strongly believes that life is not about being a male or a female. Life is about opportunities, and everyone must follow their passion. “If you don’t have a passion, find a passion since without it you will not be able to complete your dreams. I have heard people say, if you love what you do, you would not have worked a day in your life. I love what I do,” elucidates Elsa.
Since the start of Bondtech Corporation, Elsa believed that industry and geographic diversification were necessary for the company’s growth.
