The pioneering leader constantly pushes her team to be the best they can be and encourages her agents to continue learning real estate insights by hosting weekly meetings in which agents watch seminars on various topics. She also hosts weekly meetings with her admin team, shares encouraging words, and reiterates our goals and what we can do to accomplish them.

Jane is one of the most successful agents in the United States. She has achieved #1 status in the Northern Illinois region and continues to dominate the market with her superior selling skills. As President of the Jane Lee Team, Jane has amassed a team of real estate experts who handle a sales volume between $150 – $207 million yearly.

Jane has also been presented with a collection of prestigious awards, including The Diamond Club, Platinum Club, the Circle of Legends Award, a RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, and a Luminary of Distinction Award. In 2006, she was also featured in the Wall Street Journal as one of the top 50 Real Estate Brokers in the United States – since then, she has only continued to climb.

Despite her busy schedule, Jane is also active in the community. She is a leader and mentor to Chinese-American students and is an active supporter and fundraiser for the Children’s Miracle Network. As the leader of the Jane Lee Team, Jane has taken her success, energy, and dynamic approach to real estate and has influenced everyone she meets into joining her – whether that’s working for or working with her. “My biggest accomplishment is building and perfecting our team. We are a well-oiled machine that strives to provide the perfect transaction for our clients,” explains Jane. “For 2023 my team and I have established a goal of $350 mil in transactions as a team, $180 mil as my personal goal, and my admin team’s goal is to get me 45 transactions, 40 listings, 30 under contract homes, and 25 sold homes a month. I have a solid foundation with the people on my agent team and admin team, so I feel that we will definitely meet our goals in the next 2023 year.”

In the future, Jane and her team want to be ranked as the #1 team in Illinois. “I also want to continue to grow in the Northbrook area, and potentially expand to another location in the future. In addition to that, I want to continue building the Jane Lee brand and team,” she adds. WL
