Clayton Hart, CEO of DTS | Industry Era

maximios Women

With growing competition, today the small to medium business market no longer desire to have on premise data and application servers. They have realized the security and productivity advantages of moving their data to the cloud, giving them anytime, anywhere access to business data and applications. “However, getting all your data and applications to the cloud can be a challenge. This is where Diverse Technology Solutions (DTS) has culminated into a one-stop cloud service provider,” begins Clayton Hart, CEO and Founder of DTS. “We offer cloud hosted voice and data solutions to assist companies in making the transition from a legacy on premise IT model into a cloud hosted IT model.”

DTS was formed as a managed IT service provider in the 90’s and embarked on a pivotal business transition into cloud services by investing and owing the entire infrastructure it operates its cloud hosted voice and data services on. Today DTS offers cloud hosted voice and data solutions all under one roof for its customers. Being a forward thinking company when it comes to the development of their cloud services, DTS is combining and integrating virtual desktop, virtual server and Voice over IP technology enhancing unified messaging and remote worksite capabilities for remote employees.

For example DTS recently invested into their Hosted Mitel VOIP solution that has granted them the ability to integrate hosted voice call center technology into the virtual desktop. With this new platform DTS can integrate the phone system into just about any customer application producing screen popping and a virtualized call center experience. Typical this type of technology is only available on extremely expensive on premise phone systems priced out of range for the small to medium business. However, DTS brings this enterprise class technology to the small to medium business at an extremely low price point.

” We offer cloud hosted voice and data solutions to assist companies in making the transition from a legacy on premise IT model into a cloud hosted IT model. “

It is pertinent to mention DTS cloud offerings provide a seven layer security model that is not practical to duplicate to protect on premise data servers for SMB’s. “Our private cloud hosting can meet all industry compliance standards including FINRA, HIPPA, SEC, SOX. The fact that we own and operate the infrastructure directly gives us the ability to custom tailor or guarantee security perimeters that public clouds cannot guarantee,” adds Hart. “In addition, our experience enables not only to design a compliant solution but to document it for the customer ensuring they are prepared for regulatory audits.”

In an instance, a manufacturing firm faced a common IT challenge: An aging infrastructure and desire to reduce costs of IT ownership and ongoing maintenance. With over 50 employees and vast array of IT server hardware and applications operating the business, the customer faced a considerable capital expense to keep up with their server hardware lifecycle. DTS provided a considerable development work implementing a virtual desktop and server hosting solution that drastically reduced IT costs and removed the dependency on internal server hardware to operate the business. The new private cloud hosting solution provided peace of mind, browser based remote access to critical business applications and complete helpdesk support to satisfy end user service requests.

“Our Mitel based Voice over IP solution offers the ‘Ferrari class’ of hosted voice technology. Customers can manage the DTS cloud hosted voice solution through our online configuration portal easing response times to simple service requests including new user setups and voicemail password changes. For the same price the customer can decide if they want to be hands off, or hands on managing the hosted voice solution,” concludes Hart.

Rick A. Morris President of R2 Consulting LLC | Industry Era

maximios Women

“You can’t be afraid to say out what is right.” The voice of Rick A. Morris reverberates in the packed auditorium where he is motivating the audience on how to transform themselves into passionate project managers. Rick is an expert project management professional who has written numerous books including The Everything Project Management Book, Stop Playing Games, Project Management That Works and No Day But Today. He has also collaborated on one of the #1 Amazon best-selling books The Agile Almanac – Book 2. Rick has differentiated himself owing to his energy and enthusiasm which has transformed him into one of the most sought after project management speakers and motivators worldwide.

The radio host, motivational speaker, author, PPM guru and the Executive Director of the John Maxwell Team-Rick founded R2 Consulting, LLC with a simple purpose: build a consulting company that would innovate and inspire the project management industry to enable the value of project management. Rick used his vast experience in consulting at previous organizations such as GE, Xerox, and CA to build a company that challenges the traditional consulting models. R2 works diligently with its clients to ensure that engagements are completed accurately, efficiently, and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction and self-sufficiency.

” We never settle to one solution, one way of thinking, or one way of implementation. We keep trying to challenge and grow ourselves so that our clients can have access to the latest strategies and we can select the one that will work best for them. “

Rick’s personal analogy is that of the myth of Sisyphus-who was condemned by the gods for eternity to repeatedly roll a boulder up a hill only to have it roll down again once he got it to the top, as a metaphor for the individual’s persistent struggle against the essential absurdity of life. “Every day, distractions, status quo, and issues are the rock that we must continue constant pressure against or it will push us further down the mountain,” explains Rick. The steadfast leader’s key qualities is the constant search for new ideas and new thinking. “We never settle to one solution, one way of thinking, or one way of implementation. We keep trying to challenge and grow ourselves so that our clients can have access to the latest strategies and we can select the one that will work best for them.”

Rick follows his mentor John Maxwell-an American author, speaker, and pastor who has written many books, primarily focusing on leadership-closely. “I believe, as John says, my best today becomes my starting point tomorrow. It is a relentless appetite for growth that can become infectious and our clients can see that we have action behind our words.”

Rick has been taking R2 to new heights by adopting a unique take on Agile and Waterfall methodologies that are meeting the clients where they are. R2 understands that no person or organization is the same and meeting the client where they are and understanding where they want to go is an individualized experience that is unique to R2 and Rick’s offering. In an instance, the company has worked with a Clinical Research Outsourcing organization who needed a better way to see employee availability. Their clients needed to hear a commitment from them that they had the resources available prior to assigning business. R2 noticed that the client had based their assumption on creating project schedules versus understanding resource allocation and demand. R2 changed the way the client saw the data, and implemented the solution within 6 months allowing the client to go to market with predictive analysis before any of their competition.

This is just one of the numerous examples that prove the strength of R2 under the leadership of Rick. R2 for the road ahead wants to continue investing and growing with the John Maxwell Team. “We see that everything rises and falls on leadership. Opportunities do not fall in the lap of organizations. They are caught by the organizations that are prepared. Our continued focus on growing and leading organizations is key to the success of the firm,” adds Rick.

Andy Aditya CEO, Co-Founder of Azure Thailand | Industry Era

maximios Women

Andy Aditya is a renowned name in SE Asia. The reason is his journey towards becoming a serial entrepreneur and a startup specialist in Thailand. Having established over 20 companies encompassing 16 different industries, out of which 12 of them are technology companies which justifies Andy’s background in Information Technology. He is the Founder and CEO of the Aditya Group Thailand which offers Startup, Business and Management Consulting specially to foreign companies looking to establish themselves in Thailand.

Andy has developed a unique business model for Thailand, where he can not only be hired as a CEO to run multiple companies but also invest in Joint Venture operations as Thailand often needs a Thai Partner to operate. With his in-depth knowledge about the Country dynamics and established contacts, most companies find it easy to get into the market with lesser risks by partnering with Andy.

” A CEO who thinks like an Owner, but works like an employee. “

Azure Thailand, a technology company, is a milestone of Andy’s accomplishment as CEO and Co-Founder. Azure Thailand, is a joint venture between Azure USA and Aditya Group Thailand since 2011 with Andy taking up the role of CEO right from the inception and steering the company to greater heights every year. Since the inception of Azure Thailand, his business acumen and direction has taken the company to new heights, doubling business growth over the last three years. Each year, he has developed new strategies to market new technology solutions which has created a niche in Thailand market.

Azure Thailand has the experience and know-how to implement digital banking projects leveraging a combination of technical tools and delivery model that customers can expect only from large systems integrators. As Andy beckons “Customers by choosing Azure, can benefit from the flexibility and fiscal economy that they enjoy with small companies without compromising on the rich tool-set, skills and delivery options that they expect from large firms. Azure provides customer-centric solutions as desired and not as produced.” Azure has partnerships with IBM, SAP, KONY, Infosys and works with them hand in hand to solve complex issues for customers desiring a suitable solution. Andy’s future vision focuses on two areas namely data science which is fast becoming integral part of a variety of business’s tech teams. Secondly, cybersecurity which has become the number one priority and owing to the rise of cybersecurity breaches, nearly half of IoT budgets will go to product recalls, incident response and cybersecurity by 2022.

In an instance, recently, a Thai bank wanted to implement a digital project with a combination of tool-set that was rather unique; a proprietary mobile product, an Open Source tool, block-chain technology for the e-KYC, and integration with proprietary product offering for their insurance and e-wallet solutions. All these offerings were bundled into a single platform for a truly digital bank offering. Azure Thailand implemented the project with physically dispersed engineering team – project management, UI/UX and QA was handled in bank premises as they required high touch functions and customer feedback, while the heavy lifting of back-end and middle-ware code development was done offshore in Azure’s India location. This enabled a more economical budget for the project, a quicker execution than onsite only model, and flexibility of staff ramp up or down depending on project life cycle.

The key combination that Azure brings to the table for customers are its broad technical skill-sets, flexible delivery models, and strong project management with Agile methodology. As the company moves forward, Azure is adopting to new delivery methodologies like DevOps, Application Container, Container Orchestration, micro-services that provides customers with the agility they need to succeed in today’s Digital world.

When Andy is asked to what kind of CEO he is, he replies with a smile “A CEO who thinks like an Owner, but works like an employee”

Ofir Hason CEO of CYBERGYM | Industry Era

maximios Women

A graduate of the Israeli Defence Forces’ prestigious Intelligence Corps Unit (8200), Ofir Hason while working on the Israel Electric Corporation’s cyberstrategy, identified an opportunity to establish a global network of cyber training facilities. Using his 15 years of experience in the development and characterization of complex applications, products, and critical networks led shareholders, executives and employees to one inevitable destination. They ventured on a journey of creating a new cybersecurity concept from nothing, which, at the time, was not recognized or understood by the market and involved a great deal of initiative and lateral thinking. Today, CYBERGYM has culminated into a global leader in cyber training and qualification solutions for organizations of all sizes from the financial, energy, utilities, educational and governmental sectors.

” the legacy work we did with critical infrastructure organizations, the most intensely attacked sector, like the Israel Electric Corporation, widened our client-base to include finance, insurance, government, and academic clients. “

As soon as CYBERGYM started operating, Ofir realized that it was the customer’s individual needs that must be addressed. He saw this as a leverage for growth. CYBERGYM provides cutting-edge services that are tailored to meet the customer’s core cybersecurity needs: training their people, using their technologies and their policies. In the early days, Ofir was deeply involved in designing and implementing solutions individually with each customer. Crucially, the solution and its implementation ensured the customer’s production or services were not disrupted. Today, CYBERGYM uses a holistic approach, where the customer’s threat model, technologies and security are taken into consideration. “This enables us to create long-term, individually customized solutions together with the customer,” says the steadfast leader.

CYBERGYM offers thorough, intense but concise cyber training and qualifications for organizations of all sizes, utilizing four major vectors; a global network of training facilities, proprietary programs covering training for all technical, engineering, general and executive personnel in the company, their value-added services and continually updated attack database providing a concurrent set of complex cyberattacks, which can be implemented and executed in any of CYBERGYM’s Arenas. “Serving the critical infrastructure sector is an integral part of our operations. Our Arenas are made up of three specialized areas, specifically build to train critical infrastructure personnel,” explains Ofir. “The red room is managed by cyber-offense experts, former intelligence officers who launch authentic, real-time cyberattacks against the trainees. The trainees occupy the blue room, where they undergo and combat real attempts to breach their systems. The Arenas contain real utilities and OT infrastructures, so actual, real operational systems are hacked.”

In an instance, while considering potential cyberthreats and possible training solutions, EDP-the third largest electricity production company in the world-decided to establish a CYBERGROUND, a CYBERGYM Cyberwarfare Arena that is owned by the enterprise, with additional customized control centers (NOC, SOC) required to emulate EDP’s infrastructure. The Arena has been operational for over three years and is run jointly by a local team and CYBERGYM’s Red Team of offensive cyber experts. Due to its ongoing success, the Arena has been expanded and upgraded twice since its establishment providing training programs for a wide range of EDP’s employees.

For Ofir, research and development in the cyber arena is very important. “We not only see ourselves as suppliers of training programs and cyber Arenas, but also as a lab to test and develop new methodologies against current and emerging cyberattacks,” says Ofir. CYBERGYM’s vision is to build and operate a global network of cyberwarfare and knowledge centers. Over the next two years, CYBERGYM is going to realize this vision with over 15 Arenas in major cities in America, Asia, Europe and Australia. The network enables all Arenas to share knowledge, emerging offensive patterns and best practices. The project is called WCWA, which stands for World Cyber Warfare Arena, and it connects all facilities to one global Arena that is much more than the sum of its parts.

Ken Ginefra President of GCS Consultants | Industry Era

maximios Women

Having been in the IT Industry for close to four decades, Ken Ginefra, President of GCS Consultants, LLC sees the need for Managed Services now more than ever before. According to him, every business owner has one objective in mind, to make a profit. “How can they be profitable if their IT infrastructure is not secure and stable? GCS is here to assist them and we have plenty of cost-effective solutions for every budget.” Higher level plans of course provide more services and include more automation for improved SLA’s (Service Level Agreements). Kinnelon based GCS has culminated into a professional services organization providing Managed Services to many different types of businesses. The company services medical and dental offices, school systems, law firms, and financial services firms, but they also helpout local churches. “We provide hosted and managed solutions, cyber security protection, and complex integration services,” adds Ken.

” The Secureline VPN module encrypts all communications during your browsing experience. Smarter endpoint protection will help lower overall costs for the customer. “

There are several areas that are key to help GCS be a market leader including being involved with all aspects of security and maintaining a high level of trust with all their clients. The company also assists their customers to keep their corporate growth goals in line with their technology needs. “We continually monitor our process and procedures and optimize when necessary. GCS has created their own line of “Business Edge” products offering customers “best in breed technology bundles,” explains Ken. “We have a service bundle for every budget. We provide a one stop shop approach for our customer. This is not only for our product offerings, but also for service delivery.” The company maintains and provides a hi-level of customer service and prioritizes their customer’s needs first.

According to Ken, staying current with technology trends is a challenge but owing to his experience he closely monitors all the upcoming trends. “We see a movement in the MSP business with more integration with VOIP services (Voice Over IP). “Hybrid Cloud environments are becoming increasingly more common and we can expect more services to become available.” This can help reduce costs and provide a higher percentage of service availability, however firms have to balance the blend of security and performance. Ken further adds that every organization needs good antivirus protection, but protecting a business from multiple threats requires a multi-pronged approach.

“Endpoint security at the desktop level is becoming increasingly more intelligent and powerful”. The Antivirus program of yesterday is now called Endpoint Security Protection which now consists of multiple sub modules. Besides the standard File, Web, and Email Shield, we can add Identity Theft protection, and a Password Manager module. “The Secureline VPN module encrypts all communications during your browsing experience. Smarter endpoint protection will help lower overall costs for the customer” says Ken.

In an instance, a manufacturing client in northern New Jersey had intermittent network dropouts, WiFi coverage problems for the machine shop, application availability, and Internet Security issues. GCS was brought in to help resolve these issues. GCS installed a new Sonicwall Firewall with advanced filtering capability, closed all incoming ports on the Firewall and activated Web Site Content Filtering, Intrusion Detection and Prevention. They also repaired and corrected the faulty network wiring with new Category 6 cabling and this resolved the intermittent network dropouts and application availability issues.

GCS for the days to come will continue to service the Tri State area. Growth areas will include territory expansion and will focus on central and northern New Jersey, offering new services and adding new technologies. One new exciting division for GCS will be the addition of VOIP Phone Services. “It is an exciting time for us, and we look forward to 2019. Moving forward with the VOIP integration services will surely complement our service offerings,” says Ken. To connect with GCS Consultants and experience their value, visit www.gcsconsultants.com

Mark Rees, COO of Secucloud GmbH | Industry Era

maximios Women

In seeing the trend towards ever increasing cyber-crime, increasing smart connected devices in Internet of Things and the migration of services to the cloud, Dennis Monner, a technology entrepreneur recognized the opportunity to take the Unified Threat Management business to a much wider audience both in B2B and B2C markets. “Founded in 2013 as a spin off from Gateprotect AG, Dennis Monner incorporated Secucloud with the sole intention of taking IT-Sec at an enterprise quality to mass markets using cloud technology” explains Mark Rees, COO Secucloud.

Secucloud is the first German-based provider of a comprehensive, completely cloud-based, enterprise-class security system for TELCOs and ISPs. Its modular product, the Elastic Cloud Security System (ECS2) is integrated into the carrier’s network infrastructure, enabling it to protect its customers from all cyber-threats on the internet in a centralized way, with a scalability to service well over 100 million subscribers. “Being in the network, our product protects any device connected by mobile or fixed-line and so also protects IoT devices, before a threat even hits the device. There is no installation, configuration or updates of any software required by the end user i.e. the beneficiary of the protection,” adds Rees.

Whilst customers surf the web, the various ECS2 analyzers scan all data traffic for malicious and damaging content. To ensure extensive protection, Secucloud combines multiple powerful security technologies, including multi-AV engines, next generation firewall, packet analysers (including deep packet inspection as well as IDS and IPS systems), global cloud intelligence, DNS layer analysers, SSL scan decision, trust & reputation analysers, APT sandbox analysers and content analysers.

Being purely cloud based Secucloud has the advantage of velocity in bringing the product to market and enable slow cost operation and automatic scalability for the provider. Their processes and management right through the whole values chain is lean and customer orientated. “We also provide marketing expertise to support our customers in bringing our customer´s subscribers onto the product, for example we have our own specialized marketing tool (One-Click Solution)” which instantly provisions a subscriber and activates the security protection,” says Rees.

Secucloud’s primary market is TELCOs for whom they are able to offer enterprise security quality as network Protection – as opposed to Endpoint protection – which in turn enables a TELCO to resell this IT-Sec as a value-added service (VAS) to its subscribers. This is a unique business opportunity for TELCOs as the network is their intellectual property – contrast to 3rd party services reselling such as Netflix, Spotify tec. – and totally under their business control. “Only the TELCOs can provide this IT-SEC VAS to its subscribers” stresses Rees.

Secucloud´s second business line is Secuscaler. A worldwide Firewall-as-a-Servicesecurity platform for SMEs that offers enterprise level up-to-date security features, remote monitoring and a unique pay-as-you-go business model. With Secuscaler all types of businesses can now attain enterprise level security features, which to date only large corporations could afford to integrate and manage. “We are enabling the spread of enterprise level security to a much larger economy segment and hardening protection against cyber threats across much many as yet insufficiently protected industries and services” maintains Rees.

Secucloud has big plans going forward as they pursue further enhancement of their products and services to offer cutting-edge IT-Sec to a much larger audience, both in the consumer and the SME markets. For example, Secuscaler will extend its availability to SD-WAN networks and enable SMEs to garner enhanced security availability across their regional sites. The company also aims to add machine learning and AI-functionality to all its products and so boost the intelligence and relevance in the security protection. “Our emphasis is on top quality and total customer orientation. We are proud of what we do and believe we are adding value to internet users worldwide in making IT-Sec available to as wide an value to internet users worldwide in making IT-Sec available to as wide an audience as possible, thus helping to frustrate cyber criminality,” explains Rees.

Today, accountants and financial managers have different expectations from cloud Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions than a few years ago. They expect instant availability of their cloud CPM solution and an integration to their accounting system configured with data loaded in hours, not days or weeks. Financial managers expect cloud reporting and budgeting solutions to have their favorite Microsoft Excel functionality available and tightly integrated with the web interface of the cloud solution. “We are living in a multi-cloud world where customers’ data sources are spread across many cloud transaction systems (ERP, payroll, CRM) as well as legacy on-premise data, so it is becoming incredibly important that their new cloud CPM solution also offers data warehouse capabilities,” says Nils Rasmussen, CEO of Solver—proud leader in delivering innovative, business driven solutions to the global market place.

Nils is devoted to CPM, and as a futurist, he has a long-term vision for the product and the company remaining driven by customer demand and innovation based on the direction of technology today and in the future. Some of these ideas were recently documented in Enabling World-Class Decisions, a book co-authored with other Solver executives. Early on, Rasmussen’s vision was to build a global product that could be sold and supported globally. Already, Solver has locations in 12 different international markets and a partner channel that covers all major regions of the world.

Solver provides BI360, the leading Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software suite for companies of all sizes. It offers a world-class financial reporting, budgeting and analysis with push-button access to all data sources that drive company-wide profitability. “Solver’s goal is to enable BI360 Cloud customers to be up-and-running with their first reports and budget forms within 60 minutes of logging into the product for the first time, “

Solver is addressing the growing challenges of financial executives and managers—including too little time for deploying new software solutions and limited budgets for consulting services—with its instantly available BI360 Cloud multi-tenant technology, as well as pre-built data source connectors and easily configurable reporting and budgeting templates. Happy Socks-a rapidly growing clothing company wanted to change their current financial reporting and budgeting processes and optimize how they usedresources for them with the end goal to minimize the risk for human errors and reduce time spent on consolidating data and correcting errors. The BI360 planning system took care of the obstacles and needs, resulting in a more effective financial department and more streamlined processes. Today, Happy Socks is a more efficient company with the ability to redistribute precious time from manually consolidating and cross-referencing data, to other tasks now that they have a much more efficient system in place.

At the center of Solver’s culture is the extreme focus on innovation and customer service, as well as a tight relationship with its partner channel worldwide. Nils, as a futurist, sets long term goals and then, develops strategies that move the organization toward those goals. In other words, Solver believes as an organization in “creating the future” instead of having a reactionary approach to strategies and goals. “Solver’s goal is to enable BI360 Cloud customers to be up-and-running with their first reports and budget forms within 60 minutes of logging into the product for the first time,” adds Nils.

Rich Belanger, CIO of ProQuest | Industry Era

maximios Women

ProQuest was founded almost 80 years ago when it commercialized the use of microfilm—a pivotal milestone for libraries and researchers. Print works – books, newspapers, dissertations that were susceptible to aging could be preserved indefinitely and distributed to virtually any library. Through indexing, the contents could be searched quickly, simplifying the workflow of researchers.

ProQuest preserves rich, vast and varied information -whether historical archives or today’s scientific breakthroughs- and packages it with digital technologies that enhance its discovery, sharing and management. ‘At ProQuest, we are launching new services to aggregate open access content into our platform to provide a common discovery and delivery experience for high-quality content whether it comes from traditional publishers or new open access repositories,” says Rich Belanger, CIO of ProQuest.

ProQuest’s business is now 90% digital and their products are used in virtually every research library on the planet – about 26,000 libraries in 150 countries. Their information archive contains an extraordinary breadth of content not available anywhere else – about 1B search able items, from Stephen Hawking’s and Isaac Newton’s dissertations to Associated Press reporters notes during the Fall of Saigon to streaming video produced by the Black Panthers. Their academic platform supports 70Million users conducting 1Billion searches per year. ProQuest is particularly noted for content such as digital archives of book s published from 1470 to 1700, newspapers and dissertations and for pioneering technologies that have advanced information discovery and management in libraries.

” At ProQuest, we are launching new services to aggregate open access content into our platform to provide a common discovery and delivery experience for high-quality content whether it comes from traditional publishers or new open access repositories “

The company does extensive end-user research with students and faculty to deeply understand research workflows. Their User Experience, Product Management, and Software Development teams then work together to optimize researcher workflows in their online products. ProQuest uses agile development processes to continuously improve their products and ensure they incorporate the most advanced features for usability and accessibility. ProQuest has the largest collection of digitized content in the world for scholarly research – over 600 million documents, working with libraries, publishers, and content owners around the world to digitize primary source materials in text, image, audio, and video formats into their leading content platforms. Through the use of cloud computing ProQuest has unlimited scalability to add content in near real-time.

In an instance, a university library in California saw an opportunity to serve its campus by offering collaboration and work areas, bringing more students and faculty into the library. However, freeing space for these new areas meant decreasing the size of their collection, which they didn’t want to do. ProQuest analyzed the physical collection and noticed the vast amount of space devoted to the university ‘s printed dissertations. They digitized them, creating an online archive that enabled them to be discovered outside the physical library and freed an entire wing of the building for the collaboration areas the library envisioned.

The company wants to continue expanding geographic reach and add more content to their products. ProQuest has launched more than 20 new content products this year and is continually advancing their workflow software that helps libraries and universities better connect with and serve their students. “We have continually invested in advanced technology including a very powerful, open-source search and content delivery platform with over 1 billion documents and 10 petabytes of online content. Our platforms are hosted with Amazon’s AWS cloud computing service to provide unlimited scaling worldwide,” adds Belanger.

Sabhikhi believes that for AI’s potential to be fully recognized across industries, technology and business leaders must ensure the technology is ethically developed and used to bring people together. That’s why CognitiveScale is a founding member of AI Austin. “AI Austin is a growing industry consortium devoted to using the innovative application of AI to address the planet’s biggest social, economic, environmental and political issues of our time,” adds Sabhikhi. CognitiveScale is focused on providing those in Financial Services, Healthcare and Commerce with AI solutions that are tuned to their specific challenges and opportunities.

The company is continually enhancing these solutions with ever more intelligent machine learning technology, which makes connections between seemingly disparate data and then takes actions based on those connections. This increasingly intelligent technology allows employees to perform at levels never before possible, creating greater levels of customer satisfaction in banking, delivering preventative care to patients in healthcare settings, and enabling greater profitability in commerce.
